AOC Global Services was established in 2006 as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business and Member-Owner of Battlespace.
Acquisition of AOC Global Services, LLC
AOC Global was acquired by a proven team of executives with a commitment to grow the Company while maintaining our high standards for quality, mission performance, and customer satisfaction.
Teaming Partnership with PAE Applied Technologies
AOC Global, through our subsidiary AOC Program Solutions, expanded our capabilities via a prime contract in the Small business Pool on the Counter Narcotics & Global Threats Operations, Logistics and Training IDIQ contract.
We expanded our role on this contract by securing AOC Global as a Teaming Partner with PAE Applied Technologies, LLC who was awarded a prime contract through the unrestricted portion of the Counter Narcotics & Global Threat Operations, Logistics, and Training Support Services IDIQ with a period of performance through Feb 2032.
Expansion into Financial and Auditing Services
AOC Global expanded its products and services portfolio by securing the US Army’s Working Capital Fund Financial Compliance and Government Funds Audit Support (GFAS) contract as a subcontractor providing senior management financial auditing services with Ernst & Young (EY) (prime) with a period of performance through June 2025.
USAF’s Nellis Aircraft Maintenance and Support Services (NAMSS)
Became a major subcontractor on USAF’s Nellis Aircraft Maintenance and Support Services (NAMSS) contract providing A-10, F-15, F-16, F-22, and F-35 maintenance and repair (M&R) and Aircraft Maintenance Unit (AMU) services with M1 Support Services, LP (prime) with a period of performance of April 2021 – June 2026.
Expansion into Aviation & Aerospace
AOC Global wins several contracts that expanded our capabilities and experience in aviation and aerospace services, including logistics support for to the US Navy and USMC aviation fleet, ground equipment (AGE) maintenance, and Base Operations Support Services.
NAVAIR’s Kits, Recovery, Augmentation, Components, and Engines (KRACEn) multiple award contract as a prime contractor providing aviation and logistics support services to the US Navy and USMC aviation fleet with a period of performance of May 2020 – April 2030.
Expansion into Aircrew Training and Logistics
AOC Global wins two significant contracts to expand our crew training and logistics capabilities and experience;
US Army’s EAGLE BOA prime contract providing Base Operations and Support Services (BOSS) and Unmanned Aircraft System Instruction and Mission Support (UAS IMS) contract as a major subcontractor providing Shadow (RQ-7V2) and Gray Eagle (MQ-1C) instruction and flight-line maintenance services with Pinnacle Solutions (prime).
AOC Global wins NAVSEA Prime Contract
AOC Global wins the Naval Sea Systems Command Seaport NxG ID/IQ contract and is awarded a contract for NAVSEA 10F Facilities Management Support with BlueWater Federal Solutions, LLC (prime).
Successfully Recompetes the MQ-1/MQ-9 RPA O&M Support Contract
Successfully recompeted the MQ-1/MQ-9 RPA O&M Support contract while executing continued growth in the operations and maintenance of the MQ-9 Reaper RPA weapon system and aircrew launch and recovery element (LRE) operations.
At the peak, the Company supported 19 LRE combat lines and 15 mission control element (MCE) combat lines at 15 operational sites. From 2012 – 2018, the Company delivered mission-ready aircraft supporting 1,195,000 flight hours and 72,900 combat air patrols while consistently delivering Operational Readiness at greater than 99.99% or higher, Mission Capability Rate of 96% and Availability Rates above 90%.
Wins RPA O&M Prime Contract for Air Force Special Operations Command
Wins an RPA O&M prime contract for Air Force Special Operations Command and successfully executed tremendous growth in the scope of the MQ-1 Predator program reaching annual revenue of $15 million in 2012.
Wins Prime Contract for USAF Air Combat Command
AOC Global wins the USAF Air Combat Command MQ-1 Predator Remotely Pilot Aircraft Operations and Maintenance Support (RPA O&M) contract as a prime contractor.
